The Paris Document Server is the "core" of the Paris Healthcare solution. It provides hospitals and other healthcare service providers with a robust document production and distribution solution for administration, clinical and other areas of healthcare.

The Paris Smart Pen:
The Paris Smart Pen option enhances your standard Paris documents by printing a very fine dot-pattern on your Forms in areas where healthcare workers will write information such as Physician Orders.
When the Paris Smart Pen is used to write in these areas and then docked, the unique identifier in each dot pattern then allows the Paris system to merge the pen strokes with an electronic copy of the original document to produce a faithful, clear and precise facsimile of the original document.
The captured information then immediately continues on to its next stage in its workflow without delay.
The Paris Document Portal:
The Paris Document portal is a true on-demand, secure document delivery system for healthcare workers.
The Paris Document Portal is available to authorized users through standard internet browsers or specially enabled Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).
After logging in, users navigate through folders to the document or document sets they require. The user then selects the data that they require (for example a patient's information) and the data is merged and delivered directly to the user in real-time.
